We're thrilled to have received a grant from @Humane Society to help keep people and their pets together during the COVID-19 crisis.
This grant has purchased dog and cat food that we have been distributing to members of our community that have been struggling with lay-offs and unemployment during the last few months. The grant will also help offset veterinary costs to those impacted most.
Our sincere thanks to HSUS for their outreach to rural Nevada!
Sadly Project Kitty Kare has come to an end (for now). The grant offered a 1 year window to completion and it expired December 31, 2019. However, it was an overwhelmingly successful program with every available dollar being spent to spay/neuter a total of 261 cats/kittens owned by folk who could not otherwise afford the surgery. And every age-appropriate feline received a Rabies shot too! We extend our special thanks to the veterinary practices that participated in the program - without them none of it would have been possible! And of course our enormous thanks to Maddie's Pet Project and Dave& Cheryl Duffield Foundation for believing in us and what we are capable of . #ThanksToMaddie.

In 2019 ARGONN touched the lives of 1,000 cats and kittens!
ARGONN would not receive the grants or access to facilities that make our work possible without the support and generous donations from YOU, our community. Thank you for believing in our mission to save as many lives as possible.
